Left Write Hook is designed to help female-identifying and gender diverse adult survivors of sexual abuse. It is a peer-led, research and trauma informed recovery program.

Safe, private, and inclusive, participants are invited to write, box and share, as they break down the silence and shame of childhood sexual abuse and trauma.
