We will be running programs as part of a randomised control trial in partnership with the University of Melbourne.

How does it work?
You will be randomly placed into a boxing-only stream OR a boxing and writing stream. You will be asked to complete surveys that track your mental wellbeing and physical health over the course of the program.

The program is FREE for all participants and you will be paid for the time you spend completing the surveys.

Am I eligible?
To sign up you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Identify as female or gender-diverse

• Be a survivor of childhood sexual abuse or other gendered/domestic violence

• Have not taken part in a Left Write Hook program before

If you meet these criteria, you may be eligible to participate.
