Role overview

Produce and send the bi-monthly email to past participants.

Key tasks

  • Draft a bi-monthly email to be sent to past program participants

  • Submit for approval and incorporate feedback

  • Complete a data review and update to ensure the recipient list in MailChimp is up to date

  • Schedule and send via Mailchimp

Estimated time commitment

  • ~10 hours every second month

  • Commitment of at least 12 months (6 x past participant emails)

Skills and requirements

  • Must be confident using Mailchimp

  • Experience with Monday.com and data management highly regarded

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Graphic design experience and past program participants highly regarded

  • Attention to detail and consistency

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

  • Commitment to and understanding of the Left Write Hook mission
